We started the day in Raymond with a Candy Parade!! So awesome and the girls got tons of Candy! Our cousins are cool enough to own their own bounce house which they brought and Mia LOVED!

That night we met up with Grandpa Rob and Grandma Dodie (my dad and step mom). We laughed so hard when they walked in the door wearing matching shirts! No we did not plan this!
We decided to do a tribute to our 5 Independence Days in the Land of the Free with some sparklers on the front lawn!

Eclipse Opening Day.
Many people celebrate this holiday differently. We consumed vast amounts of Mexican food, ate 'blood' filled cupcakes, and adorned the traditional garb of a ridiculous T-Shirt with some cheesy saying on it.
Twi- hard night of frolic without children = GREAT TIME.

Of course the year we're not there is the year there's a bouncy castle! How fun is that!! I'm hoping it's Amy's (so i could use it more often)- but I assume its Dashannes! Looks like everyone had a great time! And fun girls night! I love the eyelashes you and Manda are sporting!
kins will be sad, but i'm sure if she ever gets to Calgary Dashanne would certainly pull out the bouncy house! Loved the July 1st pics. We hardly took any-must have been focussing on trek. Love the Eclipse party pics. I want to see one of the food you made.
OH NO! You are so not a Twilighter are you? After paying a dollar to see the second movie I vowed to never ever waste money on Edward again...besides I am a total Jacob fan. Bahaa! I miss Canada Day but we did have an awesome 4th of July with a private firework show and tons of fried chicken. These yanks know how to party. Anyway I am home August 24 so we are gonna have a double birthday dinner date...no hubbies cause Gray doesn't come until Sept 2! Can't wait to see you....I will call you soon to chat cause well you are my bestie and I miss you!!!

That was great seeing you a couple of weeks ago in the 'bridge, and again last weekend when you and the girls came "camping" at our house. Now we look forward to you guys coming for B & L's special day. That will be so much fun.
