Little Sister so supportive.
And here she is on her Real First Day! This is one of her teachers.
She spent a full 20 minutes the day before picking out her outfit.
We left her finger painting and on cloud nine.
Little sister was pretty ticked that she didn't get to stay and play. Instead she had to go home and take a nap. And Mommy got to sit back and think about how quiet it is. I even got a little emotional... and then I remembered I could blog without fingers pounding the keyboard or turning off the computer mid upload.
It's quiet... but definitely not too quiet.

That is so cute that Sophie picked out her outfit for school. I still have the privilege of picking Ella's clothes out for her. Can you believe our little girls are in pre-school?!?! Ella would be jealous she didnt get to finger paint on her 1st day!!!
Yeah for preschool!! She looks like she is going to have a great time!
ha! I love this song :) School of Rock ROCKS!! So happy Soph likes preschool. She is such a fun, smart little one - no doubt she got it from her amazing parents. Rock on Sophie! :)
Jessica, I remember both Althea's and Jesse's first days of school. You never really forget those special days! Back then though I never dreamed that I would be experiencing it again. Wow is it ever weird to think I will be sending another one to school for the first time again!!!
Way to go Sophie, leavin' home already. Good thing you don't have far to walk.
