But at least it's more interesting than not posting anything. I remember seeing parents gloat over video of their kids doing absolutely nothing and thinking... 'I'm never going to subject people to this when I have a kid. Don't they realize that this is only interesting to them???'
Well, here we are, and at least you are getting a forewarning. We have been pretty busy this week as we try and get everything together before our big trip home (Hurray! The countdown is on!) So I quickly shot some video of Sophie doing her tricks.... well, kinda. She usually does this a lot better when she doesn't have to worry about everyone on the world wide web critiquing her.

ha ha that's how Jonas is too! sometimes he gets it and sometimes he doeasn't. Usually when I ask him where it is he always grabs his nose. Can't wait to see you !

I'm afraid I may not get you a thank you card before you leave on your trip. I wanted to thank you again for making it possible for Lloyd and I to go on our hike to Half Dome. I really loved it and I didn't hardly worry about the kids because I knew they were in such good hands. I really couldn't pay you enough for what you did for us. The kids had such a terrific time with you. Thank you for taking such good care of them. I hope you have a wonderful time in Canada. We will miss you here, but hope you have the best time with your family. Jessica, you are amazing in so many ways. I appreciate your example! You are so kind, creative, talented, beautiful, righteous, and a wonderful mother to Sophie. I'm so impressed she knows all her body parts! You are an adorable family. I feel blessed our paths in life have crossed. Thank you for everything!
